ParticipantThat DropBox link for the 14.2.1 updater is no longer valid. Can this link be refreshed so that I can at least have that in my image?

14.2.2 still had the problem but the new 14.2.3 seems to be fine.
I am not putting dropbox links because I do not have access to the volume installers at the moment

Could you explain further? What do you mean that 14.2.3? Is that to say that 14.2.3 doesn’t need to be patched? It will work as is in InstaDMG?
apologies if the post I am replying to doesn’t get posted properly. still getting used to the reply feature on the new forum upgrade.

Participantsorry, i wasn’t very clear. no, i’m in the same boat as everyone else…just wondering if anyone has come up with the Patch for 14.2.3 yet.

ParticipantJust wanted to clarify something: 14.2.3 still needs to be patched, but which was the last Office patch that the patcher for instaDMG actually worked?

ParticipantInstead of using the patches, the method posted at Yoshi’s link uses a install source with SP2 integrated into the image. If that is the way to go and not these patches, then so be it.

Participant… has anyone got the method described in Yoshi’s link working?

ParticipantDoes anyone have a patcher or a set of instructions that will fix an Office 2011 with SP1 installer? I can only find ones that repair the original 14.0 installer or the SP2 installer.
Thanks!

Participant@jkuo.gs I have tested the method on the link both with the SP2 and SP3 installer discs.
I would assume that starting from an SP1 installer would work too. What version is your source installer and what version are you trying to get to?
