ParticipantJust to update:
Dev 10.7.2 seems to fix this.
Also the latest build of Deploy Studio works when using their ADBind script – so that’s what I’m using!zvordauk
ParticipantThanks for that!
Just a note – I couldn’t add the com.apple.mcxMenuExtras plist until I had populated it with the TextInput.menu string – once I figured that out I could add it in (just in case it helps anyone else in future.
Unfortunately with this and the HiToolbox plist I am still getting the same result.
I have removed the existing Managed Pref folder and verified that the computer is actually a memeber of the group! Here’s the HiToolbox plist:

ParticipantHi bosemachine,
I have been looking for a solution to this as well. What I do as a workaround is find out what is going wrong, strip down the build to the bare image and the couple of pkgs I think are causing the problem and rebuild.
Doesn’t work all the time but I find it great for solving small problems without loosing a day.I feel your pain – one of my builds has a 45gb repackaged music app 🙁
P.S. @ larkost: Keep up the great work!!!

ParticipantFWIW I got around this (Thanks to John Goss) by running these commands on my test machine:
defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.iWork09.Installer InstallMode Retail
And then to suppress registration prompts:
defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.iWork09 ShouldNotSendRegistration -bool yes
now to bundle it and deploy 😀
Hope this helps somebody going prematurely grey!!!
