    I have connected to CPAN and typed -> force install Mail::SpamAssassin
    I have done this 5 or so times no but i still end up with the same error.
    it seems to install but i cant figure out as you said why it doesn’t have all the pieces.

    looks like they are tring to relay mail off your server. It also looks like you server is denaiing accese. it cant be help but you software is doing its job.
