Found this in my mail log. Should I be concerned?

Mac OS X Server 10.2.8
Firewall, airport

What are they doing?
Can it be stopped?

looks like they are tring to relay mail off your server. It also looks like you server is denaiing accese. it cant be help but you software is doing its job.
