My own ms outlook once had similar problems. But luckily for me for some minutes I could resolve all of them. It are available due to the next program. The authentication problem is what’s killing me. This is PLAIN smtp auth on the server. on the clients (apple mail.app and evolution on linux work) the authentication is set to password or PLAIN (evolution.)
