ParticipantDo you use webmin? (www.webmin.com) I have used this successfully for adding group email addresses. Unfortunately as far as I am aware there is not an easy way to do it using Apple’s GUI or groups in WGM. Using the Mail Alias under Postfix on webmin allows you to setup an email address that can then be forwarded to as many people as you like. It is more time intensive than under 10.2 using Apple’s tools but it is the easiest way I know of.
Hope that helps

ParticipantI cant shed any light on this, but I can say that I was called by a client the other day who had a veryy similar issue. They were just copying files to the server from a local machine/user, changed there mind so cancelled it, and then discovered that the files they were copying on ther local machine were gone.
This only happened friday (NZDT), so havent had a chance to look at it yet. Will post more info if I can later.titanium
ParticipantI must have been a bit blind when I looked in /etc/aliases as right at the bottom there where all the links.

ParticipantI have had a look in /etc/aliases but there is no mention of this forward. It also only seems to contain the system names (ie postmaster, root, nobody, www etc).
I have managed to find the kathlene, if I look in the Netinfo Manager under afpuser_aliases, but it doesnt appear to be linked to anything else, and if I look in the users under Netinfo Manager Kate Mchugh (the correct name) only has the aliases k.mchugh (the address that forwards), katemchugh and kmchugh (neither of which forward)

ParticipantThanks for the suggestion. It didnt work but it was worth a try. I got it going with another domain I have.
Another question for someone. How do you import the tables? I tried doing it following the INSTALL instructions but it didnt work, and this document doesnt really say how to do it.
