We use Web Help Desk: http://www.webhelpdesk.com/

It does tickets, inventory, works will with our directory services, and hooks into both ARD and Terminal Services.

I work at a college and a lot of our cohort’s Help Desk’s use it as well.

Dear Friends,

Hello. Please pardon the long period between updates. For a while we thought we had this problem licked using LPT and Services for UNIX but found that our printing monitoring/quota software to only be partially compatible.

After some looking other places it seems that using Kerberos tickets would be ideal but there seem to be issue with smbspool.

This is a critical issue for us so I would appreciate any assistance possible. Thanks!
