    Oops.  Typo in that command…  Use “:” not “.”

    sudo serveradmin settings info:enableFileSyncAgent = yes

    In case anyone comes across this question, I found it.  The setting is, indeed, made with the serveradmin utility:

    sudo serveradmin settings info.enableFileSyncAgent = yes
