I’m getting this same error. I’m authenticated as the Directory Administrator and have full domain privs to all users/groups/younameit. I have another admin account (2 actually), and they’re both doing it.
It’s saying that this user prefers not to receive email. Ah, anyways, thanks Macshome for the du command – one of those commands you wish you had known earlier. I found out that a student had used 32 out of 250 gig for their dropbox. Thanks again!

Turns out that I had consistently tried authenticating with a capital letter every time (such as typing Management instead of management for a username). Just a stupid error that was easilly fixable. Thanks!
