Just wondering if you changed the IP since you first set up the system? I configured several OS X Servers with one IP that was later changed. The NetInfo database still remembered the first IP and would cause major problems until you basically went through the procedure of reseting and starting the whole initial config process over again.

So what is involved in running Apache managed from MySQL databases on OS X Server?

    Thanks to MacTroll’s link:

I think we have Courier-IMAP, Exim, and Spam Assassin all play well together and managed via the nice MailAdmin app provided.

Still have to get ClamAV done. Hoping I can use the instructions from this site for that.

Yes they can. They should both have the capacity. I have not tested Fedora yet, but here is from the home page of Flexstor:

[i:0f9488bcf7]FLEXSTOR is a leading developer of enterprise content and digital file asset management software technology that enables customers to effectively store, retrieve, present and manage large volumes of digital information, wherever it resides. These digital assets may be in the form of videos, images, logos, documents, marketing collateral, articles, web pages, photos or other digital files.[/i:0f9488bcf7]

Please note that Flexstor is currently a commercial product and will not be open source until third quarter of this year.

I have an appointment with a good friend who is a Unix expert on Monday and we were going to do our best to make such a structure happen, leveraging mainly off the great reports here on afp548.com.

I would like to know what are the core differences between Postfix and Exim? It seems that is an area where people are interested in trying one or the other. The remaining elements in your list are the same in mine and are what were used in the three part articles on afp548.com.
