It seems as if it attempting to connect to my external ip here:

Even though I just have it setup on my local network.
Also this stood out when i try to make a video connection:

So do I have to open ports on my WAN Firewall in order to just use it internally? I just want to use it on my internal network with that IP for my Tiger Server is 192.168.1.4. I have all ports open on this server.
