Yup. Positive that it’s not crashing & rebooting. Uptime shows several days of uptime. If I leave TextEdit open, the unsaved document will cancel the logout process. That’s been my saving grace so far. Otherwise it happily quits all open applications and logs me out.
I’m still searching but I have not found anything yet. I also have not timed it to see how long it waits before logging me out, but I think it’s around 15 minutes.
