I’ve uninstalled as much as I can, via the Terminal. I removed with an “sudo rm -rf”:
/Library/Startup Items/Exim /usr/exim /etc/relayers /var/log/exim_*
As far as I could tell this is all the files installed/created… Any others? 🙂
