xServe G5 16GB RAM

I have a xServe G5 that I would like to increase to 16GB RAM. Almost all documentation talks about a max of 8GB RAM and I am having trouble finding a vendor for the 2GB modules. Does anybody have a link to this memory or experience with it? Were the 2GB modules unstable and that is why they are hard to find?

I checked with Kingston, and they no longer make the 2GB DIMMs due to lack of orders. The part # was KTA-G5400E/4G. It looks like the max on this machine will have to be 8GB despite it’s abilities.
