Xserve G4 Front Panel Board Cable

OK, another hardware question, I’m still trying to build my Xserve on a budget:

Can anyone tell me if the front panel board cable from the G4 is any different to a standard, single device (Master only) IDE cable? It certainly looks similar.

I now have logic, CPU, RAM, drive interconnect, PSU and ATA controller board. In theory, I ought to be able to netboot it as it is (just to test). But I don’t have an on button…….
