XP SP2 client connecting to AFP share

Hey everyone,

I have 2 XP SP2 Home edition workstations, both running in Parallels. As of Friday, they were able to connect just fine to the 10.4.11 server running as a PDC. Now, I get the following:

When I try to map the network drive, I type \\path\to\share

I then get an authentication window and type

username
password

After pressing return, the authentication window reappears with this:

computername\username
password

Of course it won’t authenticate with that user and no one else can authenticate either. I can connect just fine through OS X with any user and indeed the same user that can’t connect through windows.

I’m sure this is a simple fix, and I just can’t figure it out. Any help is greatly appreciated. Of course this is the business office and if I don’t get them up and running no one gets paid.
