Windows clients binding to Primary Domain Controller “PDC” across subnets “VLANS”

Hi All

Lot’s of info out there getting Mac’s to work with AD domain’s. Not much getting PC’s to join OD domains

If anyone has some nice links to guides about this, that would be great.

Things like setting policy’s for PC if at all possible from the mac servers etc..

I am currently stuck trying to get PC’s to join the Windows domain of a Mac OS X Server PDC

Joins OK when the PC client is on the same VLAN as the Server, but fails the join when trying to join the PC when the PC is on a different VLAN

Any suggestions would be great.

Thinking I may need a WINS server, or perhaps looking at SRV records. Has anyone done this before ?
