    If I do a WHOIS look up for my IP address (207.202.249.240), it lists three different nameservers. I’m aware of one that’s in the list, but where did the information from the other two come from and how do I remove them?

    This info is stored in the whois database. Your registrar can edit this for you…you can usually do it yourself via a set of forms on their page.
