What RAID Card are you using?

I am currently using a ACard RAID controller PCI card in my server (g4 tower) and I am frustrated with it’s complete lack of documentation and support. I replaced a bad drive and have yet to be able to get the card working again at all. I want to buy a new card that has a manual and maybe some tech support available when my server’s down. Any suggestions? What are you guys using?
