vmware fusion 2

Hey guys. Ive been trying to get vmware fusion 2 to work with instadmg without any luck. Ive tried following the guide here:

search google for instadmg vmware fusion, first or second link

but that doesnt work (also the license file injection doesnt work). I also tried to package it with absolute manage install ease. I get the same errors no matter what. When I try to run a vm it says “could not open /dev/vmmon: no such file or directory” , “failed to initialize monitor device” and “cannot find valid peer process to connect to”. This all goes away if I reinstall but thats not a streamlined solution.

Anyone have experience in installing fusion with instadmg? Do I need some sort of post imaging install for this?
