    I’m totally confused about exactly what Virtual Share Points are and how they function. What I was hoping for was that they would somehow magically "combine" users’ Mac home directories with their Windows profiles.

    Basically, what I’m wanting is pretty much that. I want total user mobility from desktop to desktop. I want users that place things either into their Documents folder or on their Desktop when logged in on any Mac to see those same things when they’re logged in on any Windows machine. I thought that I could help things just a bit by editing the default Mac profile for users by removing the Photos, Movies, Music, and Sites folders and placing them into the Documents folder where Windows kinda expects that sorta stuff to be. Any ideas on how to accomplish this? Oh, this is 10.4 server, btw.
