vanilla.catalog updated

I updated the vanilla.catalog file to include the latest updates from Apple. I also went through with a 10.5.0 update and looked at what software update pulled down, and weeded out the extra updates. So it is also a nice listing of the needed updates for people who are doing this manually. You can always find the latest version of the vanilla.catalog file at:
