Vacation Notice for OS Server 10.6 Mail

Hi,

We have installed Mail for Mac OS server 10.6. Vacation notice does not work as it supposed to be.
When we on the vacation notice it does not start the automatic message. Every time to make it work
we need to delete the vacation.db file under email rules and it will wipe away the previous vacation
messages.

Any help is really appreciated.

You put the notice on the day BEFORE you want it…
One email is sent per person (to avoid message loops)
Messages start to go out after 12.00 midnight…. Do not setup with a rule on the client side….
