    Server setup assistant hangs on “configuring server”

    I’ve been running Panther server during the first half of 2004, hence I’ve installed it before, but upon setting up a fresh install this weekend, I can’t get past the server setup part. I’ve installed ServerEssentials, etc, but every time I finish up with the Server setup assistant, it hangs forever on the “configuring server” task.

    Anyone have any ideas for me?

    Have you tried updating your firmware? I’m not surprised you can’t get that Macintrash garbageball running, maybe it’s time for you to start thinkin’ NT, ’03 or Longhorn my friend. Twisted Evil
