I can’t seem to use ?flavor=admin to administer Blogsom like before. Anyone know if there is another way to administer it other then Server Admin?

    Thanks

It appears that this feature was left out of the bundled version in 10.4.0 Tiger. Not sure of anything else to use, that’d be considered ‘safe’, though I’ve had some fun just manually deleting out info I don’t want stored on my server any longer! Smile

They could always include these features later….

You actually can use ?flavor=admin to bring up an administrative panel for individual users’ blogs. Apple commented this out of the flavor.properties file located at /Lbrary/Tomcat/blojsom_root/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/(username)/

Just edit this file (sudo pico, vi, emacs, whatever) and remove the # in front of the line that says:

    #admin=org/blojsom/plugin/admin/templates/admin.vm,text/html;charset=UTF-8

Now in server admin, go to the Web services. Uncheck weblogs, click save, then recheck weblogs and hit save.

?flavor=admin should not work. (might have to refresh your browser.)
