    Hello all,

I am wondering if anyone has experience converting from Tenon’s Post Office to Tiger Mail Server?

I currently run Post Office on an XServe. I have approx. 200 accounts set up for about 80 different domains. I read that Tiger Mail will handle virtual domains, so I am hoping this will work with all of my domains.

Also, for some accounts, in Post Office I can have a primary address (say [email protected]) and then I can list “additional addresses” (say [email protected] and [email protected]) – so messages to any of the three addresses end up in the inbox for [email protected]. Does Tiger allow this kind of thing or would I have to set them all up individually and just fwd from info@ and sales@ to jim@?

And I take it there is no limit to the # of email accounts you can have?

Any opinions on Tiger Mail/Spam Assassin “out of the box” effectiveness?

thanks for any and all feedback

I just got a reply on a different board that says I’ll likely have to do lots of manual config of Postfix to accomplish what I mention above. Now I am thinking I may stay with Post.Office
