I have an Xserve with a RAID card setup in RAID 5 with the 3 hard drives. I have 3 new hard drives that I want to install instead because we are running out of space. What is the best way to get the data migrated from the current drives? Any help would be appreciated!

I think your best practice is going to be to move the data on another system or off to an external, then rebuild your RAID 5 with your new disks and copy it back in place.
