Sonicwall VPN problem

I have created an ipsec connection between my mac at home, running Jaguar and a sonic wall at my office.

Allthough the connection is successful, it keeps dropping out every 15 seconds and it then takes a few seconds to renegotiate the connection every time.

This is confirmed by the log on the sonic wall.

What can be the problem?

The SonicWALL has a default lifetime of either 28800 (8 hours) or 86400 seconds (24 hours), depending on the firmware version. The minimum lifetime is 120 seconds.

Is it possible that you set up racoon to the wrong time unit, e.g. using seconds instead of minutes or hours?
