    My mac 10.4.10 has a really slow startup when enabling the Active Directory Plug in. When I disable the AD plug in it boots normally, but really slow when I enable it.
    Any ideas would be awesome.

    No, it binded quickly. This is a mobile user, so there where be times they will not be on the network.

    Slow all the time just when the active directory plug in is enabled.
