shared folders closing immediatelly

Hello.

My setup

MacMiniserver 10.7
workstations 10.6.8

old server 10.5.8 (intel Xserve)

network connection is mainly wired, few laptops with wifi

Question:
both servers has the same problem, some folders which onmounted sharepoint “flashing” and closing immediately, and it happens so fast that user cannot click files on those folders. i have been updated oll patches to server and to workstations, changed cables etc.
