Several Problems with OS X Server

Configuration: g5xserve running 10.4. Local user database. NO open directory NO domain.

1) A user name with alek.p.coll has a home folder name of alekpcol. I need the volume to be alek.p.coll the same as the username.

2) I need to remove all default folders from the user’s home folder. Folders like Desktop, Documents and Library need to be removed. I would like to remove the folders without manually deleting them.

3) I am attempting to use ACLs and I can not add a user or group to the ACL list. Any suggestions on something I need to do differently?
