    For auditing reasons I need to maintain some historical information from my Cisco router. It supports logging to a syslog host but I cannot get that working on my server. I know how to do it on Linux but when I do the same thing on OS X, it simply does not work. Has anyone gotten this to work on their server? Can someone give me some hints as to why OS X seems different? TIA.
