Server Monitor & Server Status stopped working

Hi!

I’m a newbie to OSXS. I’m setting up a brand new XServe Dual 1.33.

I really only had enough time to install Apple Remote Desktop 1.0 and apply the 1.2 update on this machine; since I did that, I can’t use Server Monitor or Server Status (even locally; the XServe doesn’t see itself!). Server Monitor says it’s waiting for a response from the XServe.

Server Settings works fine.

I’m sure there’s a quick fix for this, but I don’t know where to look to fix it.
