Server Admin issues

I am having an issue with Server Admin on a 10.3.9 box where when I
open the application it just sits there never responding and the
process hangs. I want to re-install Server Admin but my question is
when doing this will this get rid of all the preferences and settings
for the services inside the application? This is a PDC so I really
don’t want to be wiping anything out.
