I am running a linux mail server and we have a few clients using Macs running system X and Entourage. We use self-signed certificates. I have read the articles about creating self-signed certificates but it appears to be dealing with the server generally.

I have created the certificate on the linux server and I want to install it on the client Mac. I am not real familiar with Macs but would like to get these machines working on our system. So far, I have tried several ways to install the certificate (e.g. stunnel.crt) on the client machine, but so far have not been successful so I get the certificate warning everytime. I have told the users not to worry about it that it is still secure, but it would be nice to get rid of the warning. Anyone got an idea? or is the answer already there and I just didn’t ‘get it’.

    Thanks,

    Tim
