Secondary AD groups not visible to OS X

I’m having an issue with my Xserve where it only sees that my AD accounts are members of the “DOMAIN\domain users” group. None of the other groups that the accounts are members of are visible. OD groups work 100%. This happens on both the Xserve and the clients (all machines are bound to AD), and Windows clients see the groups just fine.

The only thing I can think of that may be a bit odd is that the accounts I’m using are all in an OU, and not in the Users CN, I don’t know if this makes a difference.

Everything I’m testing on right now is using Snow Leopard, but the behavior was identical in Leopard.

Any ideas on what could be causing problems?
