Script to back up server config files

Does anyone know of a script, Applescript or other, that I can use to perform the export of OS X Server config files? I currently back up my servers by manually exporting the config from within Server Admin, but it would be nice to automate this. If one doesn’t exist, would it be fairly easy for a Terminal novice to write one?

sudo serveradmin settings all

This will give you a complete list of server settings that can be read back in. Is this what you were looking for?
