First off – I’m new to this, so may be missing the obvious! I am trying to replace Eudora Internet Mail Server running on an old G4 Tower with Exim on our Xserve. Since we don’t want to take down EIMS until Exim is up and running, is there a recommended procedure to take so that the two don’t step on each others toes?
In addition (I don’t think it’s related) I’ve got Exim up and running, but seem to be running into some issues with relaying permissions. I used Joel’s installer to put Exim on the machine, and then installed SpamAssassin forllowing the second tutorial. This is all new to me, so I may be on thin ice here…
