Basically one of my remote locations is getting some high latency to my servers, and the internet in general. A call to the ISP shows downstream over utilization. The ISP controls the router, so I can’t use it to see what IP addresses are abusing the pipe. Is there a *nix variant for top that deal strictly with network traffic, showing me which IP and how much? Would a sniffer work?

I have OS 10.5 and 10.4 clients running Parallels, IP phones, A SilverPeak WAN compression box. Clients connect to CoLoed AFP and FMP servers. Other nonlocal sites do not experience the same latency issues.

I will be making a physical trip out there this week.
