Recreate VPN system users

It would seem that the VPN system users got caught up in my OD password policy and now PPTP VPN connections fail. Since those VPN users are system users and auto generated somehow I would hate to just trash them and break the whole thing. I have heard there is a script somewhere to regenerate those VPN system users but I can’t seem to locate it anywhere. Any pointers would be appreciated.
