racoon: failed to parse configuration file

I managed to etablish a connection with a VPN using the VPN Tracker Demo, however, when I use the same settings to connect I get the following error:

[code:1:5386d81b10]racoon: failed to parse configuration file. (1)[/code:1:5386d81b10]

Any Suggestions?

Yes, I am using the VaportSec version with no logo in the Authentication panel
