Hi folks, Some weeks ago somebody gave me an answer about user quotas on non-home folders i quote below

“The homes limitation is only if you want to use the WGM GUI. Otherwise you’re more than welcome to use the CLI quota commands like quotactl repquota edquota quotachek.”

So I procedeed to have a look at the man pages. I found the following CLI commands:

    quota
    quotaon/quotaoff
    edquota
    quotacheck
    repquota

all reported as “see also…” in the man page. The interesting thing is that each of these ones referred as well about the quotactl command which is a not found command.

How come there’s no trace about that?

Now I can’t really see the light at the end of the tunnel…

    Help really appreciated.
    TIA,

    David
