One of my users is having problems receiving mail. People sending email him get an “Undeliverable mail returned to sender” email saying

Action: failed
Status: 5.0.0
Diagnostic-Code: X-Postfix; Command time limit exceeded:
    “/usr/bin/cyrus/bin/deliver”

Any ideas on how to fix it or what caused it?
Would this have anything to do with the mail box size?

there are 2 settings.

one is for size of email and the other for size of mail box.

not sure if this is the problem.

The following google search revealed a few things

two suggestions were tweaking the values of:
default_process_limit
-or-
command_time_limit
