PGP install fails – sortof

Anyone else using PGP desktop on their machines?
I am having an issue, I am hoping someone can help.
The installer runs fine, but when I reboot it claims a bad kext file, however the program will run and seems to function normally (but you never want to risk it with security).
I tried a repack, that was a disaster, though I only made on attempt and I used lanrev installease with iceberg to build it.
suggestions?
experiences?
its not the end of the world to do it by hand, but……
