    I am having a permissions problem with files on an AFP share. The owner of the file sets permissions to r/w for the group. However, when the owner of that file, edits and saves the that file the permissions revert to read-only. This is not normal Unix behavior so it must be something OS X (Tiger) is doing. Can someone tell me how to fix this? TIA.
