    I took and passed the Help Desk Essentials class this morning and am wondering what my next course of action should be? Being so close to a Tiger release, should I wait for the 10.4 tests to be released so that I only have one update exam to take, or should I certify for ACTC on 10.3 then focus on ACSA for 10.4?

    If you have access to OS X Server, the ACTC test isn’t particularly difficult. Make sure you read the skill assessment guide though.
