Partition Headless Xserve with HW raid card?

Ok so I figured out how to install os X server on a box without a video card. And configuring the raid and partitions from the command line is no big deal. But does apple provide you a way to do both?

Gotta setup this new server tomorrow and we need the drives setup as a raid 5 with two partitions.
Does the remote setup tool let you configure the raid?

My backup plan was to bring a firewire boot drive and connect to the system using ssh and it’s bonjour address..

Other suggestions?

when I’m booted from the DVD on a headless xserve what’s the best way to ssh into the box?
