I think its crazy that Apple wouldn’t include this feature in OS X under workgroup manager. Having to setup out of office rules for almost 60 users is nuts.

Please tell me there is a program open source or whatever than can help speed up this process. I’ve already searched google and came up with nothing. Any information to help find a solution is greatly appreciated.

    Simple1, I agree.

I have just been through the compulsory google searches. And found the same files I did years ago.

But none of the responses really help with 10.4 and a simple guide. I was just about to jump on here and post a question, Has any one updated the howto guide to get the autoresponder or “Out of Office” feature to work with os x 10.4 server.

Also a web based administration tool to allow users to manage their mail.

I have read that Squirrelmail (SM) has a feature which will utilise the Sieve in Cyrus and allow all of the above including utilising a single sign on.

Thanks to anyone who feels they can help. 😐

    Really….

Thanks for that. Will look into it.

BTW, setting up a server from scratch, so it will be 10.4.10.

I have kept the system pretty basic as I was unsure what needed to be done. Thanks for the suggestion.
