I just successfully set up OS X Server as a PDC for Win2k computers, but i find that access to files has become noticeably slower. Is this something that will be happening, or is it due to something else?
With what you said in mind, I noticed that the Win2k computers do spend an inordinate amount of time eggtimering me when opening or closing files, even before and file transfer begins.
For Reverse DNS you mean changing the db.1.0.10 file right?
If the Net bios name for a win2k computer is “bigcat” does that mean that I enter a “bigcat.domain.com” entry to its IP address?
