OD Control of User Accounts

I am trying to find a way through OD to disable the “speech” center of the client machines. We have many students which abuse this and I would like to shut this feature down. I cannot have all these machines speaking everything the students type in.

OSX 10.4.10 Server with 10.4.9 and 10.3.9 clients

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Easiest would be to use the managed prefs to block access to the Universal Access sytem pref panel and also go to the universal access managed prefs and disable keyboard shortcuts on the options tab.
